The hotel theme is great and the service was amazing. Rooms were great as well and it’s very close to the train station. Low noise level and has a built in familymart. There also a grocery store for other needs like medicine and such. Would stay here again.

This is a lovely hotel, however it is a bit isolated from the hustle and bustle of the city. Thus, there are limited dinning and shopping options in the area. Now that being said, it is close to several subway stations if you are inclined to travel to a dinning/shopping destination. However it is always nice to end long touring days near the hotel with good options for dinner -- and that is not the case with hotel.

Beautiful garden and service!

Very good experience, professional staff, location is ideal (close to subway stops), beautiful hotel garden. A couple of negative points: check-in process was long, the hotel is very luxurious but old facilities and needs to be refreshed (expand the fitness room, add streaming services in room TVs, general decor…), sometimes long breakfast line in the morning (maybe expand the breakfast hours?).

The rooms were very clean and we loved the bidet. It had a heated seat! The beds were very spacious and comfortable we had no problem organizing our things with two large suitcases. Occasionally, it felt tight when packing, but otherwise it worked out great. The windows have traditional screen style blinds on them as well as a blackout curtain. The major downside was two washers and two dryers available for the entire building. You can check the status of the washers and dryers on the television in the room, but it was still an inconvenience. Overall, highly recommend!
