This is a very cute hotel with a lovely view and a roof top terrace for enjoying breakfast. However, it’s dangerous in the surrounding area at night snd when we arrived they ushered us to our room without giving us any towels, water or any food option. The staff wanted to be helpful but didn’t speak English. The breakfast on the terrace made it worthwhile, though.

I like it all the room the bedroom very clean and the stuff are great and helpful for real center of Quito and close to ALL THE bar's restaurants

I really love the view from our Business Suite room. The staff at the hotel restaurants for breakfast and Epicur were fantastic! Housekeeping was always on point. Could improve on Wi-Fi as it does not work sometimes. Also, music from outside can be heard in the late evening which can be quite bothersome. Otherwise, I will still recommend it and definitely come back.

Excellent hotel, professional and friendly staff, great food, easy walking distance from old city.

Comfortable and spacious room. Perfect space for a rest up before our long journey home.
