Loved the place and the view Just didn’t like the salesmen at the hotel pushing you to buy promotions

Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Except for the fact that they were not all on the same page. One staff member would say one thing then the next person would give a different answer. We originally only booked one night but decided to stay another night to stay with family. The staff member at the guest desk was not able to assist me because I booked with Expedia. The second room we booked was not handicapped equipped, on Expedia it said we could request a portable shower chair not the case per staff member due to liabiltiy issue.

Fun property — loved the vibe, convenience, cleanliness, and amenities. Onsite food options over-priced and underwhelming.

I stayed one night in this hotel. The environment is really beautiful! I specifically booked a room with marina view with higher price. But it was a surprise I was told there was no such room left when I was checking in. They tried to give me an upgraded room without view. But after I told them I paid higher price for the view, the staff managed to arrange a room with view for me. I really appreciate it. It turned out I watched fireworks on my bed in the night. They charged me $35 for overnight parking. But it is pretty convenient and safe to park in front of my room. I also had dinner with my family in their restaurant. It is a pleasant experience to have dinner there. All in a word, it worths the money I spent there.
