The hotel itself was fine but very basic. Small, no dining service and no ability to set the temperature in individual rooms. The area around it is not good. It is the first time I've seen people openly smoking crack on the streets during the morning (and evening) rush hours. Really not a good look for Frankfurt. Also, this hotel is located on a busy road with lots of emergency vehicles using sirens to get through the nearby intersection, so very noisy.

The staff was great, property was clean, hand full of restaurants, all good eating, just dress to impress, Frankfurt is very sharp dressed, I wish I brought more than jeans and sneakers.
No complaint, helpful staff, everyone spoke English around town.

We stayed here during our visit to the Frankfurt Christmas markets and hotel was nice, very close to the city centre, supermarket round the corner and close to the tram. Breakfast buffet was simple and but did the job, fulfilling. Staff very quick to check us in, very friendly.
I would recommend this hotel if going for the weekend
