I booked this hotel because it has a pool. However, they fail to mention that it is not heated. We stayed there two nights, a week apart. On both occasions, I attempted to swim, but it was too cold. No one else was in the pool. The 2nd time we were there, it was a beautiful hot day of 32 degrees. The pool had not been cleaned since we were there the week before. Why keep it open if your guests can't enjoy it? Why not advertise that it is not heated, so we can make an informed choice whether to book it or find another hotel. Very disappointed.

Nice hotel, hard to get to due to road construction in the area. Lady at reception was very helpful with directions and ideas of where to visit. Good breakfast, parking in premises.

"Staff were not always welcoming and service was more than often poor. Although all inclusive you could only get tea and coffee free at breakfast. Wine at meal times was warm and served in tumbler glasses. The drinks around the complex were served in paper cups, glasses were for those who paid for ..."
