Once you disembark on Capri, first proceed to Motoscafisti di Capri pier number 0 to claim your package tickets. Then, board the first available boat for the tour of the island which includes a stop by the Blue Grotto (if open due to the weather). After the boat tour, take the funicular up to Capri town's Piazzetta and explore the centre. You can then have lunch at the restaurant “La Pigna”, before strolling through the Gardens of Augustus, Via Camerelle and Via Tragara, and even Villa Jovis. Finally, you can take the funicular back down to the port when you are ready.
