What you can expect

Take a seat in an open-air 4x4 Land Rover and embark on a scenic voyage through the countryside. With your guide, explore the folklore, culture, history, and natural beauty encompassing the island of Antigua. Visit the ruins of a sugar plantation called Betty's Hope and enjoy a refreshing swim.

After pickup from your hotel, take in the surrounding natural beauty from your open-air Land Rover as your driver takes you through the countryside on the way to Betty's Hope. Tour the ruins of the sugar mill built in the 1700s and admire a restored windmill. As you explore the open-air museum and visitor centre at Betty's Hope, learn more about the workings of this family-run sugar plantation.

Then savour a delicious lunch at Betty's Hope with the rural rolling landscape creating the perfect backdrop. Next, climb back on the open-air Land Rover and head to Long Bay Beach in Saint Phillip Parish where you have time to enjoy a refreshing swim and relax on the beach before your ride back to your hotel.
