Welcome to Avignon cottage
Walk to bus stop in 3 minutes or Taxi can be available within 5 mins. Water taxi to sister island St kitts is 10 mins walk or to the Sea Bridge for vehicle transfer also to St Kitts is 3 mins .
Off terrain vehicle can be rented with or without guided tours also horse back riding can be arranged. A Visit of Alexandra Hamilton birth place is 10 minutes drive to Hamilton Museum located in the capital, Charlestown.
Villa Avignon is situated at Jones Estate approximately 6 miles from the capital
Charlestown. It is uniquely situated within 6 minutes walk of some of Nevis' best beaches and finest restaurants on the island.
Private setting of 760 sq ft living area. Beautiful mountain view with sounds of nature and well manicured garden.

Perfect Privacy for Two
A lovely private location up a quiet lane at the North West end of the Island. The villa with which we shared the property was unoccupied for most of our 3 week stay. The cottage was very clean, with ceramic tile floors throughout. Lots of room to relax inside and out, with comfortable furniture. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped. We bought an extra item or two to make our cooking needs complete. We were able to keep the pool clean while the owners were away. You should enjoy being woken by roosters early each morning. it was a great location for exploring the Island again on our second visit. A car is a necessity for a stay of any length. The grounds were maintained in perfect condition by weekly grooming. The host was easy to talk to and friendly. He will willingly tell you his life experiences. Pick up and return at the Oualie Beach water taxi terminal was very helpful. We will very likely be repeating our visit next year.

Nevis Cottage
Cottage was clean and pleasant. Food provided for the first night was very nice. Power outages were common, but not the fault of the owner. Some books and games would be appreciated. Laundry and well stocked kitchen made stay comfortable. We actually felt the cottage was larger than expected and it is modern and well built.

Wonderful stay in cottage Avignon!!
Noel and Sandra were excellent hosts. They should be super hosts!! Noel was kind enough to pick us up and return us to the ferry terminal. Also a tour of Golden Rock resort which was fabulous. The cottage was spotless and very comfortable with the windows open and Caribbean breeze flowing through. The sounds of nature lulled is to sleep. We walked to the Gin Trap for a wonderful sunset dinner our first night. An easy walk from the cottage. Oalie Beach and Prishi Beach are an easy walk also but no sidewalks. Many taxis around. After a warm day on the beach the pool by the main house was so refreshing! Thanks so much for everything Noel and Sandra!
