Even those the entire hotel was brutally hot, because there was an issue switching over the air conditioning… I would absolutely stay at this hotel again! The vibes were immaculate. The staff was incredibly friendly and sweet. The maintenance team even came by room to room to see what they could do to make us comfortable and to verbally explain to all of us what was going on with the air-conditioning. It was something totally out of their control, but the staff handled it as if they created the problem. Breakfast is a little bit overpriced for the buffet that is there but it was also super easy to find other food. All in all, it was a super cute and fun hotel

The Leo Grand has a lot of appeal. The design is great, the location is perfect. Wonderful high quality beds and linens and lovely Penhaligons toiletries. Breakfast was included booking via Expedia and that was a big plus as otherwise it’s quite expensive. The covered and heated courtyard which also serves as the dining room plays music til late ish as the restaurant is busy and fun - but I wouldn’t book a room overlooking the courtyard for fear it would be noisy. Our room faced the street outward and was blissfully peaceful.

Good overall - some staff members super friendly, some didn’t speak English that well. 7 min walk to the station. Breakfast was good. No coffee and tea in the room but you can ask the staff to make you a coffee downstairs. Pool was closed. Overall good value for money.

Really find the location pretty centralised

The hotel is clean and safe. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of our room. Conveniently located by the metro station for easy access to trains. We were able to walk to sites in the historic city center. Plenty of restaurants close to the hotel.
