Apartment, about 50 m², for 2-4 persons, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine, cozy dining area with table, cable TV, wireless LAN access, large living room with pull-out sofa area, 1 bedroom with double bed , large wardrobe, 1 bathroom with shower and WCDer price for up to 2 people, for each additional person in the extra bed we charge € 25,00. It includes bed linen, towels and a parking space per apartment during your stay. Ski room with heated ski boot storage is also available. For the final cleaning we charge € 70,00 per apartment and stay. The local tax of € 3.00 per person per day will be charged separately (winter). In summer the local tax is 2.50 €. Children up to the age of 15 are exempt.

Our A CASA gem is located in the district Außerwalt, above Sölden, directly on the ski slope.
The apartments are of high quality in modern Tyrolean style mögliert and have a wonderful view of the Tyrolean mountains. Light-filled living room with comfortable sofa area, large TV and comfortable dining area contribute to your relaxing holiday.
There are several restaurants nearby and the shuttle will take you to the center in a few minutes
