Got two rooms on Level 10 . However one has no ventilation in shower- it’s down. Shower area has mouldy smell. Short stay - it’s alright.

WC malfunctioned twice during my 8-day stay. Long bath is only half enclosed, hence water is spilled onto toilet floor. Bar cabinet does not have a top light. Morning breakfast is disappointing, staff started to keep servings immediately when informing dining guests at 9:15am that closure time in 15 minutes (i.e. 9:30am). Generally, hotel staff English competency is very low - lower than Japanese and Taiwanese hotel staff.
