For shared use: property 1'500 m2 (fenced). Private: well-kept garden 750 m2 with lawn and wildlife garden, roofed, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. E-charging station. Supermarket 900 m, restaurant 500 m, bicycle rental 900 m, bus stop 20 m, sandy beach "Ospedaletti" 5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 11 km, cycle lane 4 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives on the same property.
