Decent for the price
This place is in a great neighborhood- easy access to the University and grocery shopping. It’s definitely basic, and does not feel updated as described. We wished for a few more amenities - like a spatula, another pan, maybe a few cushions on the sofa to make it comfortable. The sheets and the towels were clean, but one of 4 bulbs in the bathroom worked. It’s priced well, so overall it’s a good deal, but it just needs a little TLC.
