Great location. Helpful staff. 1st room was not what we expected, and staff changed it for us. Rooftop restaurant and bar were fabulous. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Served good coffee at the table. Concierge arranged a guide for us who was quite good. The boat ride on the Bosphorus recommended by the hotel was overpriced and amenities were not as advertised. My only recommendation is that the lobby could have had better seating and been more comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel is okay. Staffs are amazing. Breakfast was good enough. I was staying in room 405. The AC wasn’t very good. Other than that the overall experience was nice
