Three blocks from popular private beach!

Less than a 5-minute walk to popular Crescent Beach Association. This home boasts a spacious master bedroom and second bedroom, both fit with king beds. Across the hall is a bunk room that sleeps 4. In the common room/office there is a queen pull out couch. This tastefully furnished home is set with a full kitchen, beach essentials, an outdoor shower, and the comforts of home, including linens and towels. The village of Niantic features a boardwalk along L.I. Sound, restaurants with outdoor dining, ice cream, and charming shops. Across from Crescent Beach is ‘The Stand,’ which serves a variety of fresh meals just steps away from your oasis. There is a coffee maker, Keurig machine, washer & dryer, and kitchen needs. Three televisions provide cable, Netflix and/or Apple TV. The house is 20-25 minutes to Mystic CT, Foxwoods, and Mohegan Sun casinos.

Great rental
Leslie was very accommodating. The house had everything we needed including portacrib, bikes, wagon to pull to the beach, sand toys and kitchen equipment. The beach was great for the 3 and 7 year olds. Niantic is a quaint town with lots of eating places in the area. We will reserve the house when we return to the area. Thanks for all your help.

Exactly as described, and then some
This place was everything we were hoping it was and more. The place was clean, fully stocked with necessities, and really in a perfect location. The house is 3 blocks from the beach, but 3 really short blocks! The restaurant on the beach is super convenient for breakfast and lunch. We traveled with our two sons (5 and 3) and they loved the bunk beds. They had rails on the top bunk and the lower beds were low enough where we felt comfortable if he rolled out! We are probably going to book this exact place next year, only for more than 3 nights. Very nice, clean, and spacious! Also, host was super responsive and professional!

Well-decorated, clean and comfortable home 3 easy blocks to the beach and the breakfast shack. We had a fabulous stay. Clear communication, welcoming hosts. Will definitely stay here again.

excellent Property and owner!
Spent last week at this property with my family ( 6 adults 2 8 year old boys) Approx. 2 blocks or 3-5 min walk to a great beach in Niantic Connecticut. Positives of our stay... Great location...evrything is close! There is a small restaurant called "the stand" right on the beach. We ate breakfast there most days. So close, 2 minute walk! House was spotless and new (recently redone) Owner had 2 kayaks for us to use and a bunch of beach toys, bikes, fishing poles, beach towels and beach chairs! Whole house has central air conditioning. very unusual to find in older beach homes in that area. HUGE PLUS. It was high 80's everyday! All the beds were super comfy House had a great layout more than enough towels and linens Multiple tvs with easy to operate remotes Owner was SUPER ! Very cooperative and answered all of my questions instantly Very safe quiet neighborhood (beach association) Neighbors were great parking was easy Super easy check in/ check out Negatives of our stay: NONE! We are already talking about booking this property again next year or even sooner. I highly recommend this owner and property. You will LOVE it!

Great long weekend away
Owners are great and very responsive to questions and area suggestions! We had a great stay - the bunk beds are perfect for kids and plenty of pace for 2 families! Thanks for the wonderful weekend!
