The apartment, located on the first floor of a three-story building, spans 140 square meters. Apartment main door opens to the corridor which seamlessly connects all the rooms, providing easy access throughout the space.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms. One master bedroom (the largest bedroom) with a double bed, wardrobe, a chair and a make-up table with drawers. The second bedroom has a double bed with a big wardrobe and few drawers. And the 3rd bedroom has a sofa-bed big enough for 2 guests to sleep on comfortably, and additional wardrobe.

Apartment has three Air Condition cool/warm systems (two in bedrooms and one in living room) keeping the temperature of the apartment comfortable.

The apartment boasts two bathrooms: a master bathroom attached to the largest bedroom, and another one conveniently situated in the corridor for general use and showering purposes.

One of the standout features of this residence is the spacious kitchen, equipped with numerous amenities. Here, you can enjoy cooking for yourself, as well as for your friends and family, creating a homely atmosphere.

The living room serves as the centrepiece of the apartment, harmoniously combining three distinct areas. First, there is a dining space featuring a table suitable for eight people. Adjacent to it is a cozy TV room, complete with a large flatscreen TV, comfortable sofas, and a coffee table. Lastly, there is a patio that offers privacy and a panoramic view of the surrounding neighbourhood. This versatile patio can also be utilized as a designated smoking area.

The apartment, situated on the first floor of a charming four-story building, offers a unique experience. Although there isn't an elevator to conveniently whisk you to your destination, fear not! The journey to reach the apartment involves climbing just 16 steps from the ground floor. And let me assure you, once you arrive at your new abode, the reward far outweighs the effort.
