26 Feb 2019Check in took 45 minutes because there seemed to be a problem with everyone's booking in front of us. Had to stand in stifling heat in lobby while two queues edged tectonic-ally forward. When we eventually got to our room it was still being cleaned from the previous occupants. Mixed staff with some very keen to please while others didn't seem to care less. For the price and reputation, extremely disappointing. Avoid
