Bad experiences were with the carpet condition/ cleanliness on the common floors and with the front desk staff. While the experience with the front desk could have been better, the Cafeteria staff was friendly though. Had a problem with the car parking.
The breakfast experience was the best.

Property condition was good and staff was friendly but the room we got was not properly cleaned like there was dust on table etc ( not like a 4 star 🌟 property). We stayed there for 3 nights but no cleaning was done and upon request we were told that it’s because our stay is less than 4 nights?? I did not like this rule honestly in a 4 star property so had to ask for towels and bin bags separately at the end.
Hotel location is great, staffs were friendly , breakfast was nice and they encourage go green too so overall experience was nice.

Very nice hotel, excellent room, excellent service, good food. Reason for 3 star review of facilities was only 1 lift in operation and, even with the operational lift, there were some problems.
