This property was very unique in that it has a lake with turtles and koi fish that will swim up to the edge. It also has multiple dining options very close by. It is clean and the only complaint is that the air conditioner is not great and turns off during the night.

Clean and convenient. Staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel, but expensive. The sound proof between the rooms not to standard and we had to whisper so not to disturb the adjacent room

The staff was friendly and the view of the lake is nice. However this is NOT a 4 star property. It’s at most 2.5 stars. The rooms are super small, there is no closet, your clothes and suitcases will be right next to your bed. There is no gym. The pool is not heated. The area around the hotel is not the glamorous Lake Garda one would expect, it is surrounded by campgrounds, bungalows, rundown apartment buildings, low-end hotels and houses. There are better places to stay on Lake Garda.
