"The Receptionists were very helpful and friendly. They gave us tipps for dining and called a taxi for us. They speak english very good. We could stay in the lobby and drink Tea. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. With a waterfall shower head very nice!! The Breakfast was very rich. And the room was for a comfortable price. We would defintly come again if we visit Sivas"

"It was a clean hotel, 2 minutes' walk to the city center in Sivas. I spent 6 nights in this hotel. But the staff spoke no English; communication was extremely difficult. And a lot was misunderstood about staying options, minibar costs, and overall accomodations. I found myself paying for things I didn't know they weren't included. It was not honest.
