"We stayed here for 2 nights for my 50th birthday. Jane was fantastic, decorating the cabin after a (very!) last minute request from my other half, and was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The cabin is beautiful and surprisingly spacious, equipped with everything you could possibly need. The views from the terrace and hot tub are beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have recommended it to friends, we will definitely be back! Thank you x"

"I booked last minute for a cycle event in the area, the directions were easy to follow, if you screenshot them as advised, phone signal is poor to non existent (bliss) The Meadow View Hut is clean cozy and well appointed, the fire burns very warm so one of the provided logs at a time. If you can’t be bothered with the hassle of the fire, the heating is plenty on its own. Falstone is a great staging post for Kielder Forest, and there’s plenty of adventurous things to do near by, endless walks...

"Sara and Chris were the perfect hosts. They really made our break away something to remember. The Snug had everything we wanted and more besides. The Valentine treats were a lovely gesture and much enjoyed. My little girl slept on her rose petals every night! Everything was so thoughtful from the extra bird and squirrel food to the sliders for use in the hot tub, which we also loved. We loved the walk to the lake and had a delicious meal in the Coach House, but the highlight was our 'pet' red...

"It's a very nice looking hotel that just needs a little more attention to detail. I reported missing items from oyr room, but they weren't replaced. I had a window that wouldn't close, but received no help or offer to change room. My room door had a gap that you could pass 4 credit cards through, but again no response despite the security risk. Otherwise, a lovely stay."
