I think they should post instructions on the site before you book, and if you do book, send the check in instructions beforehand so you don’t have to rely on other travelers to let you in. "

It really helped us utilize the time we had effectively, and the woman makes a stellar coffee! All that aside, she was warm and made us feel totally welcome and at home. "
