"We stayed for 1 week in October 2023 and were impressed with this villas contemporary features. There are 3 outdoor seating areas to choose from and we found it spotless. It took half an hour to walk to the Arenal but it was on the flat so that was ok. Every detail is taken care of and there was some lovely solar lights and candle holders which added to the ambience. "We have just returned from staying at the villa and had a great week. The villa had everything we needed, with nice bedrooms, kitchen and living space. The outside area was great, with a lovely pool and plenty of space for sunbathing and relaxing. The hosts were very welcoming."

"Property manager is very helpuand understanding your towards yourself and gave is everything we needed. It a great location, be fit as there are some hilly roads. Amazing place though on three floors and at 80 euros a night, not bad for 6 people all with own bathrooms."

"Das ist ein wunderschönes grosses, sehr helles, geräumiges Haus, sehr nah zum Strand gelegen (2 min Gehweg). In der Nähe befinden sich mehrere tolle Spielplätze für kleine und etwas größere Kinder. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts, es sind alle Küchengeräte vorhanden. Auch zum einkaufen ist man in 3 Minuten mit dem Auto beim Lidl oder Aldi. Wir haben bereits zum zweiten Mal das Haus gebucht bzw dort unseren Urlaub verbracht und kommen definitiv wieder, Kate ist eine großartige Gastgeberin. Lg...

"Beautiful Property is walking distance to beach, shops and village. While property is 2 bedrooms, the master bathroom is ensuite to the master bedroom making it inconvenient for the 2nd bedroom to use. It is a huge shower room but not especially private. Lovely property. "

"Fantastic location due to the wonderful views overlooking the new infinity pool. Accommodation was first class and had all amenities including an out door bbq and fridge and a massive tv with many different countries channels and netflix was available. All in all we had a fantastic relaxing holiday at this villa. Pool was just so much fun and was really needed in the August hot weather. We would not hesitate to return. There is no railing around the pool so that the views are not obscured, so...

"Nice holiday, house was fine and Simon was easy to contact and helpful sorting out a small problem. We were unlucky with the weather, very changeable but didn’t spoil our time. We know the Denia area very well and enjoyed visiting places we had been over the years. Good side our family arrived for four nights and we had warm sunshine and visited several beaches. The whole complex itself could do with some TLC but our house was and area around were fine.."

"Ligt wat afgelegen in de bergen, zo´n 6km van het centrum. Er is wel een kleine supermarkt in de buurt. In Javea zelf zijn grote supermarkten, veel goede restaurants en een Weense bakkerij met superlekkere taart en gebak Het huisje heeft een mooie grote tuin met zwembad en douche. Het enige wat tegenviel was de muffe kille badkamer, maar algemeen is het absoluut een aanrader. Zeker voor hondeneigenaren. Super vriendelijke eigenaren."

"Apartment was clean and adequate for an accommodation point of view. Seating within the apartment was very poor for 5 person, the position of the TV made it impossible to watch. The internet was not secure something that customers would see as a necessity. The swimming pool was not really useable, shower at the pool had not been cleaned for ages."

"Sehr schönes Ferienhaus!! Perfekt geeignet um mit mehreren Personen Urlaub zu machen und trotzdem gibt es die Möglichkeit der Privatsphäre. Im Haus ist alles für einen Selbstversorgerurlaub vorhanden. Tolle Lage mit direktem Strandzugang. Sehr ruhiger Strandabschnitt. Nächstes Jahr definitv wieder!!!"

"Complejo de apartamentos bastante nuevo, a dos pasos de la.playa y con tres piscinas. El apartamento en general estaba limpio con algún detalle. Bueno aire acondicionado, buen wifi. Está más enfocado a familias que a parejas pero la la playa está a dos pasos y es maravillosa. En los alrededores no hay mucha oferta de bares o restaurantes pero hay uno en el complejo y chiringuito en la playa. En el resort sí que hay un centro comercial, restaurantes... "

"I chose the hotel because of the kitchen, and it was excellent. The check-in was very kind, and they helped in everything they could. Parking is free outside the hotel, and there is plenty of space. I took a room with a room service, and every day, they cleaned and tidied well. I'm considering going back there if I'm in the area again."
