The location is great. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. The building is old. Walls were cracking and dirty. Carpets were full of dust and dead mosquitos. Staff were friendly and nice, but difficult to communicate with English. Relied heavily on Google translate

This hotel is in the perfect location, strategic - close to all places you need to see and go to Osaka.
Breakfast is good with variety everyday. Very good customer service. Will recommend this hotel to my families and friends.

Overall not a bad place. Chose it for the location and that certainly was on point. The bed although stated as a queen was in fact 2 large singles that had been put together and you could feel the join of the 2 mattresses. The room while clean and functional was in need of some TLC as some trims by the windows were damaged and left unattached.
