"Very convenient located in the town centre. I can walk to Guildford Castle and all the bars/pubs/restaurants. The spa is small but it’s not too crowded as there’s a booking system by hour. Been in March and April and the rooms are a little bit cold but u can always ask for a radiator. The staff are really profesional and nice. Breakfast has a really good selection so , all in all really good experience "

"Such a lovely approach to Holiday Inn Guildford BUT greeted by parking app options, whch was a bit daunting... Having spent some time trying to access complete, we decided to go into hotel to ask... Here we were greeted by a very helpful receptionist who showed me to a parking machine near the hotel entrance, so easy!! This was not an option in the actual carpark!!? Why? Our stay was very pleasant otherwise... very helpful staff 🙂 Comfortable room, huge tv! Only complaint.... Cheap loo...

"What an odd place.. very comfortable but suffers from a massive identity crisis! The dining room looks like an indian take away restaurants.. more is not more!! The staff on reception were lacking some basic customer service skills. On a positive note the patio outside and the bar man (moroccan guy) were lovely. Didnt get chance to use the pool facilities but they looked good."

"First impressions, as you drive through a housing estate were not good, however, both rooms we had booked were very clean and had all we needed for a stop off to the airport. Probably one of the cleanest hotels I've used in a while. I have paid double and had dirty rooms in Birmingham, Cambridge, Chester,York and London . Quite hotel all night even though it was full."

"Nice little place. Friendly staff and good buffet breakfast choices. The room was a little outdated and the towels and linen could really do with renewing as they were a little stained and yellow. Located right on top of the main road but had a nice room view over farm fields so it was quiet and peaceful enough to feel like we were relaxing."
