"L’annonce décrit une maison pour 4 avec une chambre , et en plus un canapé lit, il s’agit d’un studio / une seule pièce mitoyen , voisins très proches. L’unique couchage est donc le canapé lit hors d’âge d’une saleté repoussante, on sent la structure le matelas est fait des différents coussins , on y dort très mal. Tous les textiles sont sales/taches ( coussins des banquettes , linge de toilette, fauteuils extérieurs) . Pas de poubelle pas de torchon de cuisine , pas de poêle, vaisselle grasse)....

The apartment itself was huge, with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining area with loads of useful equipment for comfort and convenience. "The property is shaded by so many beautiful trees, and a short walk to a beautiful sandy beach, cliff top walks and easy to get in and out of Mahón by bus. The apartment was clean and regularly attended to swap towels and bedding, and the balconies are private from each other, with lots of quiet areas to escape to plus a more lively central area. "On the arrival day nobody was there. We had to wait a long time and could not contact the owner. Another hotel with locals helped us. They managed to contact the owner otherwise we had to sleep in our car maybe. Afterwards the owner said he was in a meeting and forgot that we arrive today. Balcony is defect, rusty fridge…."

We had a 1 bedroom apartment, with lounge and kitchenette, large bathroom - it was spacious, comfy bed and though the decor felt a little dated the whole hotel was immaculately clean and our apartment serviced every day. All the staff really friendly and helpful, restaurant team welcoming and the breakfast plentiful, though a bit predictable. Pool area is beautiful different depths, gardens well laid out with plenty of loungers which looked new (no fighting for sunbeds!). No loud music playing, which was fab. We really enjoyed our stay, the location and the relaxed feel of the hotel. Booked our transfers through Expedia which were really efficient, with lovely drivers. "
