"The location, in the heart of old Valencia, was perfect. That staff was fluent in multiple languages including English. Everyone was very helpful and understanding and genuinely welcoming. The room was good, but due to HVAC limitations it was very hot for our liking. There was not way to run ventilation without heat. The windows opened which helped regulate, but the air quality in Valencia in March is very poor so leaving windows open poses its own problems."

"Excellent studio apartment overlooking a busy square just 2 roads back from the esplanade. Big bathroom with hot shower, small kitchen but more than adequate to make tea and coffee and store my wine and orange juice! The bed was so comfy and big with large tv on wall opposite letting us watch Netflix in bed. Electronic lock to front door and door into the apartment meant I didn’t have to look after a key either. One extra valued facility is the washing machine and dryer in the basement for guest...

"I was allowed to check in before 3pm and was greeted by a very friendly and informative member of staff (Sorry I didn't get her name) The room was very clean and the bed linen was of a good quality. Shower was powerful and hot. Accom is very near to the town centre and about an easy 10 minute walk to beach. Complimentary bottle of water and couple of coffee pods for machine.Overall a nice place to stay."

"Folks at reception (Alejandro, Daniela, Valentina) are outstanding. Kitchen, bedroom, living room are great. Bathroom has a few issues: faucet is very short, showerhead waterpressure low, and the hot water tank is tiny. More than two people can’t shower in a row, you’ll run out of hot water."

"Amazing experience with family (2 kids and 2 adults). Check in experience was amazing as Host stayed in touch through WhatsApp and provided all the help that we need (even the local info about transport etc). Sent a message about extra items and they were delivered right away. Apartment and building both are very modern with top class cleaning. As a family, we felt very safe and enjoyed the location as it was very central. Would highly recommend for families and couples. "

"Not very little hotel. Short walk from a lovely beach. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Staff are very friendly. Only problem was the shower suddenly went cold and then hot again a couple of times while trying to shower and bath towels barely covered everything! Not much parking around hotel but big free car park a few minutes walk away. "

"A well equipped* modern apartment in a convenient location for getting to the old town and local transport links. The apartment was clean and comfortable. In a block like this there is inevitably some sounds from neighbours, but it was generally quiet overnight, although traffic noise started from about 7am and people began moving about, but that's to be expected in a city location. "Really good stay. If I had one complaint I would say hair-dryer. Having to hold your thumb hard on dryer on to keep it going was very difficult. This is not accessible for all especially with thumbs with arthritis. However my daughter in law also felt it tiresome. We’re not used to having to hold thumbs tight on anything. Coffee in room would be good too. "

"The property is modern and up to date and yet is in a very traditional part of Valencia. There is a fantastic bakery, fruit shop and decent supermarket all within a three minute walk of the property. We had visited Valencia before, so knew thr layout of the city and our property was very accessible to the centre(and only five minutes away from the wonderful Botanic Gardens).
