"Comfortable and quiet hotel. Well situated and good free bus connections on Leicester hopper to the city and station. Feels new and looked after. Parking is limited at the hotel but nearby hospital pay and display car park could be used. We wanted quiet and the room was soundproofed. Nice bathroom. "The stay was great. We arrived in the early evening and were given a good room. I requested a roll away bed for our son. We were told that unfortunately they didn't have any left, but they could upgrade us to a mini suite. The room was warm (matched the weather) but a welcome fan kept the air moving. Tried to call to say we were going to be later than planned- couldn’t get a response (not good). Corridor area was very congested as there were bible/book stalls, I don’t mind the stalls but just put them where it doesn’t restrict flow of guests"
