Stairs are steep from the main floor entrance to 2nd floor which is the main floor of the two floors included in rental. Nice and bright in day throughout unit. Balcony is nice and overlooks Main Street. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, and university."

"From communication to cleanliness to convenience the House on Grand has it all. Familiar with the area, they still offered suggestions we didn’t think of. The kitchen and bathrooms make you feel like you are at home with no detail overlooked. Each room offers a little slice of Western Pennsylvania to include the peaceful front porch. "A lovely cabin; clean and comfortable. It felt like a home-away-from-home more than any other place we’ve ever stayed. The property was beautiful; surrounded on all sides by Eastern Hemlock, on a quiet road. We enjoyed the deer coming into the side yard during the evenings. The birds singing were unreal. "We enjoyed the cabin except we were a little dismayed there was no address number, made it a bit hard to know the rt cabin. Also, since it was somewhat cold and rainy we could not really enjoy watching tv because it is not set up to enjoy programming we wanted and very difficult to understand even how to work the tv!"

"We loved this cabin. So beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped, we cooked dinner 2 nights. Attended a festival and did few small hikes. Nice to come back to a clean house and awesome fire pit! Loved the area, some neighbors but wooded and quiet!"
