For a two night stay our room was perfect, yes it was on the small side but we were aware of that from the booking information. It was spotless and had everything you would require. Breakfast for £10 was very good value for money for London prices and all staff we came into contact with were very friendly.
Easy to get to from Earls Court Tube Station.

Staff were friendly and helpful.
Strangely they could "not" give us two guests two room keys saying they were fully booked not having enough room keys to give out. It was very inconvenient for two of us to have one room key only.
After an ironing board was delivered to our room, the stand couldn't stay standing but kept falling flat to the floor, so I had to iron my items on the floor!

Tiny apartment but suitable for short stay. Location fantastic. Would be nice if there was a proper door handle as the door is very hard to pull close with the metal "Lip" type handle. Check in was easy and uncomplicated.
