"Ladies at the counter were so helpful. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. I love that there is an electric teapot for tea and coffee. There is also a minibar. There is a towel drier which was great for clothes you hand wash. There is a website to order things you might need, like pillow, tea bags, extra towels. Simple to use and very convenient. Walking to the hotel from the train station was a little difficult, but only because we didn't know where we were going. The location of the hotel is amazing. The breakfast buffet costs more than we would normally pay (22E) but there aren't Breakfast places near there and the breakfast and staff were amazing. The variety of options were more than I have ever seen in any hotel including omlets made to order. The dining room was a beautiful location with beautiful views of the river. I would definitely stay here again. "
