"We stayed in one of the majestic apartments. I liked how it was an apartment, but it wasn't like dealing with a rental company. It was dealing with a hotel company. It was very simple and easy to get set up. We were lucky enough to get one of the apartments that was detached a block away. So it was a lot more quiet. The property is definitely dated, if you're looking for some modern place this is not it. With that being said though it was very clean. Which I'm not going there to stay in a hotel...

"I stayed there for vacation with my two young children and I had to upgrade my room to a bigger room with a small kitchen. Although it was a little more expensive it was worth it because you have a full refrigerator and a place to eat. We really enjoyed the hospitality of the property manager. We also really enjoyed saying there it was in walking distance to everything."

We had a little bit of trouble getting the key from the lock to check in. It wasn't clear how to retrieve it from the lockbox even though we had the accurate code. "Location of this condo was great however it was very dirty when we arrived. Moldy half eaten food was beside and around all couches in the family room. Shower curtain in master bath was very moldy. Shelves in both bathrooms were very dirty. Cupboards were so dirty we had to remove all dishes and glasses and clean them out. Dryer did not work very well, it took 3 cycles to get the clothes/towels dry. All board games have most of the pieces missing. The only good thing about this condo was it’s...

"Great location and nice view. 2 minute walk through the parking lot to the beach. Short drive to the boardwalk and plenty of places to walk to on the strip. The condo was clean of dust and dirt, however there was an ant issue. Sitting on the couch on several occasions random ants crawled on us, they were also found on the kitchen counter, stove and in the bathroom. Keep in mind of the 3 flights of stairs when packing. "This was our second time staying here, with our first being during the summer. The cottage is very clean and overall quite pleasant with a location perfect for bicycling into town and to the beach. However, this cottage really needs heat if it is to be rented during the cooler months. The owner did provide a portable heater at our request, which did warm the place, but was very noisy. Would stay again but only in the warmer weather. "
