What, lift? Good only if you're not fussy.

Stayed here for 1 night only and it was the most horrible experience checking in and out in an apartment in Vienna. I regretted not to have checked-in in a hotel. Trying to save money on accommodation gave us so much hassle and inconvenience. We had luggages and there has no lift, imagine our room was on the 4th floor! Checking in system was a bit jurassic. Had to go to a pay telephone to call their call centre, then my friend had to wait outside the gate and wait for it to unlock while I was on the other side of the road. Perhaps this kind of system needs upgrading.
Room was large but heating was poor so it's really chilly inside the room. Rubbish bin were not emptied when we arrived. Bin in the toilet was tiny. Television is positioned on the side, so not really comfortable to watch while you're in bed trying to relax. The staff at their call centre was really rude and not helpful. We asked for an extra 1 hour extension but he won't allow us and instead advised us to hurry back to the place and empty the room. Their check-in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am which is outrageous! Not worth staying here even for a night. I realised after we transferred that there were much better apartments/hotels in great areas that are price-worthy, convenient and friendly staff. Area was really boring. Only good side is that it's near the train station, but everything else is far. I won't recommend this apartment to holidayers, families, couples, disabled, oldies, and not so fit people.
