was told at check in that a cash deposit was required even though card was on file from booking the room. didnt have $100 arirrived 1 35 mins later with cash dep was told my reservation was cancelled when we left with no refund. also no refund from hotels.com. I was basically robbed for room rate and the facility isnt even the one advertised, not same building or rooms or furnishings
