Perfektes Hotel zum Entspannen
Veröffentlicht am 28.03.2018Die Zimmer sind riesig, haben einen französischen Balkon und es gibt genügend Ablageflächen und Schränke. Leider sind nur die Wände etwas kahl, das einzige Bild hängt im Badezimmer. Das Personal ist super hilfsbereit, die Zimmermädchen hinterlassen immer eine Grußbotschaft. Lediglich die Abwasserrohre sind etwas dünn, sodass es schon mal zu Verstopfungen kommt. Das Internet lief bis auf einen Tag Ausfall super. Wer die Insel erkunden will, braucht jedoch ein Auto. Im nebenan gelegenen Moviepark gibt es genügend Restaurants, nur leider keinen Supermarkt. Wir empfehlen das Hotel auf jeden Fall, der Pool und die Außenanlage sind auch sehr schön und leise, perfekt zum Entspannen!

Super Hotel
Veröffentlicht am 18.01.2010Dieses Hotel ist wirklich super, vom check-in bis zur freundlichkeit der hotelangestellten. würde es jedem empfehlen. würde jedoch auch jedem raten, sich ein auto zu mieten um die wunderschönen strände von trinidad genießen zu können. gleich neben dem hotel befindet sich "movie towne", dort kann man abends auch mal einen kinofilm anschauen, oder nett essen gehen. es gibt wirklich eine große auswahl an restaurants und auch einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
wir waren mit dem hotel sehr zufrieden und wollen im nächsten jahr wieder hin :-)

The Hotel was situated next to the movietowne which was very convenient for other dining options. The reservation officer that checked us in was very nice and help sorted out whether breakfast was included in the price since this was hard to tell from the email received from Expedia or Marriott.

We appreciated the upgrade given to us for our family of four. The staff at the breakfast were most supportive and approachable with friendly smiles. They helped the kids and made the difference of service from the heart. This includes the reception agents and room service agents.

Stayed March 9-17 2024. The staff were all pleasant and happy to accommodate you. Response for any request was quick. The free wifi in the room is pretty good. The facility itself NEEDS updating, the furniture is old and I stayed in a suite with 1 bedroom & living room. The large bathroom in the room was the most updated and spacious (most spacious bthroom I've seen in a hotel anywhere). The pool was not available as it was under construction (since last year from the reviews I read). Worst of all the hotel menu is devoid of local dishes and choices for vegetarian/vegan …only salad or soup.😳😩
Thank God for the little shopping center within walking distance where you can find a few restaurants, Jaxx is not too bad.

The duration of the work did not extend from last year as this was a separate project that limited access to the poolside for a short period.Please be sure to let us know if you are returning at any point in the future and we would be more than happy to ensure that we meet all your expectations on your next stay!
