Amazing Apartment

Breakfasts were very good. Very hospitable staff.
Parking limited but possible. Very secure.

Great modern boutique in southern Colombo that is secure, quiet and friendly, although needs brightening up from the slightly austere decor, maybe local ar, traditional Sri Lankan touches.
Generously sized room with large bathroom again needs colour and homely touch. excellent breakfast, taste take away dinner just available 4 doors away. A cool pool in central courtyard makes for romantic poolside dinner.
First class staff service with a friendly smile.
Very good value for money.

Felt cheated

rooms are Quoted in S'pore Dollars.However the confirmation was sent as US Dollars to our
rude shock. Raised this matter with All Spice , they say it was Hotels.com who charge in US dollars.
Finally we still had to pay in Us dollars which is much higer rate than Sgd.We felt we have been Cheated to our teeth. Will never use Hotels.com in the future.You have spoilt my trip.

中心部から遠い！国会議事堂など行くのには良いかも！

Gut: 部屋広さ、清潔、朝食うまい。部屋、ロビーはおしゃれ！
Nicht so gut: 特に無し
Lage: 近くのウオーターエッジ公園は、雑踏を避けて気持ちいい。国会議事堂も一見の価値あり。ホール見学できます。
プールのビーチベッドに寝転びましたが、想像通りいまいちかな。部屋ロビー等はいい感じですよ。朝食もできたて、おいしいです。議事堂周辺に興味ある方はいいかも？中心部までスリーウィラーで４００スリランカルピーで行けます。排気ガスすごいよ、マスク必須。近く？の公園の銀座（日本食）最高です！海外で食べる日本食五つ星！

Gut: Most things, staff very friendly and obliging. Quiet, comfortable, nice pool. Room very adequate, especially for price
Nicht so gut: Nothing really, location a little out of the way, taxi driver struggled to find it.
Lage: Walking distance to selection of food places.
Great place to stay, quite an oasis in a busy area of Colombo Coffee tea provided on arrival.

Lage: nothing
this villa is not close to anything but its cheap if that helps, the breakfast is ok but no choice just what they have, Sri Lanka is a 3rd world country so on 3 of the nights we lost power so air con/plug in mozzie replant did not work so make sure you bring spray with you.
the wifi was almost none existent, you either had it for 1 or 2 hours then nothing at all, for some reason they had 4 different access point/wifi connection points to log onto dependant where you was in the villa? i raised this & was given a mifi to connect to but the only put limited date on it which lasted less then 2 hours ie a few emails, load 3 or 4 photos via facebook or whatsapp & 5 or 6 web pages then data used.
i don't want this to sound too negative as staff friendly, rooms clean but on a rating of 1-5 this would be a 3 or 3.5 at best, hope this helps a trying to give a honest view.
