Sehr sehr schönes nicht zu großes Hotel in Japan-Town, mit Japanischem Flair, nettem und qualifiziertem Personal und einer sehr schönen Lobby. Einziges Manko ist vielleicht das nicht wirklich vorhandene Frühstück, mit winziger Auswahl und zum Mitnehmen gedacht, mit viel Verpackung und Plastikmüll.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and I always enjoy my stay. I love the tea/coffe bar and the breakfast options are wonderful. The lobby is very relaxing if you want a place to sit and relax. No complaints!

Very disappointing- I booked through Expedia and the price I expected- they charged me a destination fee- which I am also fine with. When we checked out we decided to get a t-shirt for my youngest and they said they would just put the shirt on our room which was also fine. Later that day I received an invoice that charged me an additional fee for the t-shirt (expected) an upgrade which we didn’t ask for nor receive and another charge for the destination fee. After calling Hotel Kabuki the guy repeatedly told me it was for the coffee and water (neither of which I got). I tried to explain that I was charged twice for the destination fee and he seemed to not care. This was a hassle and seemed very deceptive.

I say with zero exaggeration that this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff is extraordinary, the rooms are amazing and clean, the views are beautiful. Definitely returning.

Incredible location, great views, and good food options within walking distance. The hotel room was clean. The only downside to our stay was that the bed was very uncomfortable/rock solid. Other than that great place!
