Das Hotel ist ideal für Kinder und auch für Eltern, um eine Auszeit zu nehmen. Wir haben es wirklich genossen

Schönes 5* Hotel aber ein wenig außerhalb.

Amazing hotel with fancy suites (two rooms). The rooms are very clean, and every day every guest gets a chocolate ball, and water bottle. The hotel is at the entrance to Bansko a 5-minute drive from the entrance to the Old Center. The hotel has free nearby parking. Not all staff speaks English but everyone is eager to help. Breakfast is rich and very good. There is a spa center, which includes a heated pool, hot tub and saunas.

For the price of 200 euros per night you can find a lot of better hotels in Bansko at half price. The hotel doesn't look for a 5 star hotel. The room doesn't look like the photos it's too basic like a 2,3 star room hotel and the mattress was too cheap I wake up with backpains. The worst thing was the stuff espessialy at the reception. Unhappy persons who doesn't want to help you, they barely speak English and they don't explain to you anything about the hotel and the facilities you have already paid. The only positive things are the breakfast and the cleanliness of the hotel. The spa was OK but the rooms of sauna and steam bath were too small for 2 persons only. You can find even in 3 star hotels spa's triple in size.
