My recent stay at Kings Court over the Christmas holiday was disappointing. The spa and gym were small and outdated, making for a lackluster experience. When attempting to book a table for Christmas Eve, I received no response. The breakfast staff was unfriendly, and the reception staff showed little interest in our experience. Overall, the hotel fell short of providing the expected level of service and comfort. I hope that these issues can be addressed for the benefit of future guests.
