Wonderful hotel, tremendous lobby especially for family with kids. The bar and restaurant are awesome as well.
BUT the bus transfer is horrible. I know, the hotel is not responsible how people are actibg to each other, but more busses are definitely needed.

Wir waren schon mal in diesem Hotel und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Beim letzten Mal hatten wir weniger Glück. Es war sehr laut, manche Gäste haben ja leider keinen Respekt von anderen Gästen und sind sehr laut in der Flur. Im Zimmer war kein Kühlschrank. Wir haben zweimal an Rezeption uns gemeldet. Leider ohne Erfolg: innerhalb von 2 Tagen war kein Minibar Kühlschrank ins Zimmer gebracht. Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Würstchen und Omelett waren für uns nicht essbar. Aber tolle Croissants und Äpfeln und joghurt waren für uns ausreichend.
Innen ist es ein sehr schönes Hotel und vielleicht kommen wir wieder

Its very close to Disneyland which is good. They got buses you can take directly to the park for free. The parking is expensive but youll find a parking space. The hotel is very nice looking and the kids can play games and get to play in the pool. We had a good time Thank you

Das Hotel ist echt super und sehr schön, nach dem Umbau. Einzig das Buffet am Abend ist eher Mittelmaß.

It was a very magical time here.
The kids had sooo many fun.
For me as single mom gives me inner peace. I feel save here and accepted
