Horrible Experience for 2 Families!

-Tried this because I was visiting my son in NYC. Thought to try a 1 bedroom apt. rental cause of a late check in
-When at apt bldg, had to call a person to get the code for the lock box storing the key. Had to leave a message when he didn't answer so went to dinner. Contact texted the code and we went back to the apt bldg.
-Another family was there trying to get key box open. Both of our keys were in the same lock box (Horrible idea!). We all tried for almost an hour to get it to open while waiting for the contact to call back again. Finally we broke the lock.
-My key was there but the wrong apartment key was left for the family of 4 who had just arrived from Europe to vacation in the USA. They called & guy said he only gave out the code to the key box and they had to contact management in the morning. It was almost midnight at this point.
-Someone tried to get into my apt at 10AM. Luckily I had the chain on and yelled out and they left. At 10:45 my door was jiggled again, opened and pushed against the chain. It was the cleaning lady again who rudely told me to get out. Checkout was at 11AM so I closed the door and told her I would leave at 11!
-Bath- 1 trash can, no washcloth, strange towels, no shower soap/shampoo, mildew shower curtain, no counter space
-Kitchen-no trash can, broken faucet
-Bedroom-lamp cord didn't reach to the socket! Old soda spills on the wall, broken vacuum part on closet floor
-YECH!!!!!!!!!
