Super Lage , zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten im Central Park, gute Erreichbarkeit von Bus und Metro ! Recht ruhig für New York! Personal nett. Besonders toll die kl küche z. B. fürs Frühstück , da dieses überall sehr teuer. Und gleich ums Eck super sortierter Lebensmittelmarkt

Ordentlich, aber kein Luxus
Veröffentlicht am 11.07.2017Hotel ist für NYC ok, Zimmer groß, aber insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Personal sehr freundlich, unterstützt bei allen Fragen und reagiert auf Beanstandungen sehr kulant.

Centrale Lage in bester Gegend
Veröffentlicht am 25.04.2017 auf HotelsDie Zimmer sind sauber und sehr groß für NY Verhältnisse. Sie entsprechen aber nicht mehr den heutigen Standards. Würden das nächste mal wieder im Gardens NYC buchen.

Staff excellent Location great
balcony upgrade appreciated and wonderful but the excellent room location was a little diminished by the fact that some room features (shades for instance) were in process of being refurbished and thus not functioning. For us it did not matter as we were not in room much. Hopefully by next time all will be finished. We'd stay here again for sure. Desk staff and housekeeper especially nice. Polly M.

Room was big and we were in the neighborhood that we need to be in. They even had a bed time book for our 4 year old.
