The quality/price ratio is not proportional. It is too expensive for a hotel that is bit old. The good thing about the hotel is the location .

Staff members are excellent. The room is spacious, but not top notch (esp bathroom). However, I will return bc of the friendly atmosphere the staff creates.

Always a wonderful stay at the Fifty Sonesta hotel. This hotel is my number one choice when visiting New York. Fantastic service from the front desk team throughout , they are always super friendly and welcoming. The doorman, Sammy , Marco and Romeo are fantastic so polite and attentive to your needs.The rooms are spotless again the housekeeping staff are lovely. Super close walking distance to all the main attractions such as Fifth Avenue and Central Park plus great restaurants in the area. Will definitely be back.
