„This hotel is in the perfect location if you want to stay in the old city, which we did. Taxis do not go in and out but we had minimal luggage and the bell hop carried it out for us. The rooms were very clean and the staff couldn’t be more accommodating. The restaurant outside dining has a great view of the Flame Towers. We were very pleased with our stay. “

„Clean room, perfect bed, bathroom/shower were ok, each day drinking water bottles. Would appreciate better coffee brands. And the chocolate drink was bad. I could not find a coat hook behind the room door, (not expensive) instead of two toilet paper roll holders :-) Especially all staff was very friendly, both at the reception as well as the room service and breakfast area, gave assistance wherever we asked for.“
