I booked this hotel on a Friday for a Saturday night. When it was check in time we got told the spa was fully booked for the day and we could not use the facilities. This should be stated before booking the hotel as we solely booked to stay here for the spa

Dear Farah,I understand the frustration with the Spa access. Unfortunately, this is a service used by both external and hotel guests and its availability can be very limited on busy days, which is why it is available for 1 hour and only after you check in. Specific packages and reservations made directly for Rena Spa, may come under different arrangements.I do apologize if this was not communicated effectively by my colleagues whilst you were being served on the day and I shall definitely share this with their Manager so that they issue further training. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short.
