My tv stop working many times. I was told the pool was open but it was closed had to go to the sister property.

The property was clean with amazing views of downtown los angles restaurants & shopping stores were in walking distance of our suite. the only issue was someone that occupied the suite next ours had at least 2 or 3 small dogs that were constantly barking or growling upon us entering or leaving our room and sometimes throughout the night we could hear them. other than that it’s a beautiful place to stay while in DTLA!

Great place to stay. We enjoyed our view. Please be prepared for the $100 a night incidentals charge. This was not disclosed at booking.

We had a two bedroom, 2 bath suite which was super spacious and worked out well for our family of 5. However, we were pretty grossed out by how filthy it was. Cabinets had dirty handprints all over them and there were crumbs on the shelves. Shower had someone’s leftover shavings on top of the shampoo dispenser, grimy floors, baseboards in bad shape and pulling away from the wall. Our room looked over the patio where they project the movies outside each night and it was extremely loud pretty late into the night. The hallways smelled strongly of weed and some type of food cooking constantly. One of the biggest let downs were that because of the pictures we were expecting a really nice pool and hot tub area and all we found was an empty, run-down looking pool and a half-full hot tub that was out of service. Definitely wouldn’t have stayed there if we knew that were the case. The self parking was convenient but seemed a bit steep at $50/day. On the positive side the towels were really soft and the bed linens were clean and crisp.

We hold ourselves to a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance, so it's disappointing to learn we fell short. We're also addressing the noise from the outdoor movie projections to ensure a more peaceful environment for our guests. Regarding the pool and hot tub, we're actively working on enhancements and regret any inconvenience caused by their current state. We appreciate your comments on the parking fees and will review our pricing structure. It's a relief to know you found comfort in the quality of our towels and bed linens. We're committed to making improvements and hope to restore your confidence in us for a future stay.
