They had some issues at check in. The woman was so helpful and figured it all out for us.

The place was being renovated and we were not told. Got there to no breakfast as stated and included in cost. Smelly and looked terrifying. Was charged extra money that wasn’t stated before hand. All in all it was the worst place I have ever stayed in. I was scared of getting robbed the whole time.

While I would apologize for the inconveniences you encountered, I wonder if you were at our hotel? Everything is brand new so there is no smell of any kind. The charges you were charged were for incidentals, and all hotels charge incidentals. I would love to speak with you further to sort this out as this is not the experience we want anyone to have.

Hotel renovations were taking place so the front lobby was all tirn up. Ghe rooms that were completed were excellent and well worth the price

Sought to check in 8 min early, had a child who needed the bathroom. Was denied and sent across the street to a Bojangles. Came in after checkin at 3 and desk clerk acted like I was rushing her on having a clean room available. She Instructed us to park in back of property as the front elevator was broken-exterior of property in rear was in awful condition. Nails, screws, and construction debris all over the lot. I picked up at least 20 nails and screws from my parking space alone before pulling back out. The Grass is a foot tall, and half smoked cigarettes are laying everywhere, including on the door keypad. There was no warning that the property was under construction ahead of time. Breakfast was extremely limited and in the middle of an active construction zone taking place in same space. The room itself was good. No complaints there, the noise level was awful overnight on floor. Seemed like several drunk guests. Management was unsympathetic next morning upon checkout about noise and mess and asked for constriction understanding-this was most unorganized construction I have ever seen. 48hrs later I also still have not one but 2 pending CC charges for room rate plus a 100.00 deposit tying up my available credit.
