I paid the hotel twice as the staff let me pay the stay although it was already paid, after that also expedia reimbursed me something. The hotels communication about what mistakes happened was not clear and in the end I paid 3 times in order for them to get the money once, as they made so many mistakes.That can happen and is not a problem but the unfriendliness and the lack of communication cost me a lot of time as well. The room was clean, but very basic and not comfy. No recommendation from my side as I at least expect an apology and friendly solution to the mistake and caused problem.
