We met the host on the first day and never saw her again. On the second to last day of our stay, we lost internet signal. That was the day that we needed it the most. I wanted to check-in to our flight for the following day and we had to run back and forth to the shopping mall to complete out transactions. We never saw our host again. I received an e-mail to let us know to leave the keys in the mail slot. The area we stayed in was also a bit sketchy. we were told that it was quiet at night...not always.I would had like to know that we were farther away from the Innere Stadt. There were also no suggestions as to how to get to the airport.

I am very sorry to hear you had problems with our wi-fi. I wish you had contacted me. Then we could have tried to fix the problem. At your check-in I asked you to contact me if you had any problems or questions. In my e-mail to you a few days later I also mentioned, you can contact me if you have any requests or questions.
I was at the Altstadthaus twice to say hello to you and your husband, but you were not in. I did not realize how important my visit would have been. I am very sorry about this.
I would have gladly helped to sort out the possibilities to get to the airport, if I had known you wanted help.
I hope you and your husband were able to enjoy your stay in Graz although you had these problems.
