Excellent staff and great stay!!! My room was welcoming and clean. The person at the front fest was very resourceful, patient, and nice. This won’t be my last visit! Thank you!

Room not as pictured and room smelled like smoke we had to leave only was in room for 10 minutes

Carpet needs badly replaced, towels are old and need refreshed. Heater in bedroom didn't work. Overall great place but just needs a little more love.

I had room 11 (building 2?), it was literally falling apart, holes in the wall from the plumbing being fixed, I pulled out the drawer beneath the sink to get a roll of toilet paper, and the drawer/door fell off, the sink stopper didn't work. The elevator didn't work, I had to lug my ski equipment up and down the stairs everyday. BUT I will say that the bed and the pillow were quite comfortable and I did get a good night's sleep after being on the slopes all day. My friends come here every year, but next year, I don't know..........
