I had room 11 (building 2?), it was literally falling apart, holes in the wall from the plumbing being fixed, I pulled out the drawer beneath the sink to get a roll of toilet paper, and the drawer/door fell off, the sink stopper didn't work.
The elevator didn't work, I had to lug my ski equipment up and down the stairs everyday.
BUT I will say that the bed and the pillow were quite comfortable and I did get a good night's sleep after being on the slopes all day. My friends come here every year, but next year, I don't know..........
